1. API Service Availability

For Business and Enterprise plans, we guarantee 100% uptime for our API service, measured on a monthly basis. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Developer plans do not include an uptime SLA guarantee.

Our face verification and anti-spoofing technology represents our best-effort approach to detect and prevent fraudulent attempts. While we continuously update and improve our security measures, no system is perfect and we cannot guarantee 100% detection of all spoofing attempts.
